The Top-Ranked Active Main of Each Character: 2019
A few notes: first, only one character will count as the main for each player, namely, the character they were using most often in tournament as of December 6, 2019. Therefore, for example, Stroder's current main, for the purposes of this list, is considered to be Joker, despite the fact that he has several other characters he uses almost as much. In rare cases where a player definitely has no usage-based main, such as Rizeasu, they are simply not included in this list. Second, the player must be active with said character as of December 6, 2019 to be counted. If they haven't attended any tournaments in over 3 months, they are not included (unless they are registered for an upcoming tournament), and old mains that the player no longer uses (or has relegated to a secondary), such as Lui$'s Dr. Mario, don't count — only the character they were using primarily in tournaments at the end of the ranking period. Next, if I couldn't find anyone in the top 1,000 who actively mains the character, the player will be listed as (unknown). Finally, the following pairs of characters are counted as the same: Samus/Dark Samus, Peach/Daisy, Pit/Dark Pit, and Simon/Richter.
